Its mission is to provide resources and to promote opportunities for everyone seeking to improve, change, enrich and enjoy their lives. The library offers free access to information reflecting differing viewpoints in order to support an open and democratic society.
Downtown Ephrata, Inc. (DEI) is a non-profit economic
development organization committed to the revitalization of
Downtown Ephrata. Our mission is to empower the community
to realize its vision for the downtown area by implementing
a sustainable program that will enhance Ephrata’s
economic vitality while preserving its special character. DEI
is committed to establishing a foundation of support services,
incentives, and additional programming that will attract
strong retail and commercial businesses, as well visitor
and consumer traffic, to downtown Ephrata.
